The pair married after only one month of dating, and I felt it was fearless of Khloe to document her difficulty with getting pregnant on the family's reality show.

The 33-year-old reality TV star - who is expecting her first child with basketball player Tristan Thompson - fired back at the negativity online after sharing videos of herself exercising on Snapchat.

Along with her post, Khloe shared an article containing a list of reasons why pregnant women need to work out.

Alongside a photograph of her bump on her Instagram account, she wrote: "My greatest dream realized!"

'We are having a baby! "I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along". I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can't believe that our love created life!'
