"With Google Pay, it'll be easier for you to use the payment information saved to your Google Account, so you can speed through checkout with peace of mind", VP of Product Management, Payments writes on Google's official blog. "Over the coming weeks, you'll see Google Pay online, in store, and across Google products, as well as when you're paying friends".

That looks to change soon, as LG announced that LG Pay will make its way to the U.S.by June, reports Yonhap News.

Alphabet has consolidated Android Pay and Google Wallet, rebranding the merged entity into Google Pay. LG little slow in rolling out the support for the Payment system, compared with the Samsung Pay and Android Pay services which are now available in more than 15 countries. LG is also reportedly considering calling the platform "LG Wallet" when it brings to it to North America. Android Pay has yet to be updated with the new branding, while Google Wallet is still available.

Voters Wary of Trump, Confident in Economy
Sixty-six percent is the highest positive rating for the economy since Quinnipiac University began asking the question in 2001. Sixty-nine percent of respondents said Trump is not levelheaded, while 28 percent disagreed.

Last June, LG launched its mobile payment system in South Korea. You will be able to use Google Pay anywhere that accepts NFC payments in physical scores. If and when it does, it will be directly competing with Samsung Pay in features. Google is also running limited period offers with B&H, Fandango, and Instacart.

Google is consolidating payment options and tools on Android by launching the new Google Pay. Tez is translated to mean "fast" in Hindi, and comes with a digital wallet that will enable users in India to store currency. Now, it's back, and word from the company proper is that it's finally coming to the United States, and just in time for summer. With the new branding, the Mountain View giant is apparently looking to streamline operations, much like Apple and Samsung are attempting with their respective Apple Pay and Samsung Pay platforms.
