Salman Khan's Race 3 shoot halted by a group of armed men

Salman Khan has been provided extra security after the trail of incidents that have been happening. Though Salman returned to Mumbai and resumed the shoot of his next, Race 3 with Jacqueline Fernandez, the threats continued. Reportedly, the gangster who was being produced in a Jodhpur court on multiple charges of murder, extortion and car-jacking, among others, is said to hail from a community in Rajasthan that worships the black buck.

On Tuesday several policemen entered the Film City and informed Salman that few armed men had entered the shooting venue with an intention to kill him. However, the police detected the danger and alerted the superstar, following which the actor's shooting was canceled, and he was escorted home by the cops. Salman was escorted home in a auto by six cops, and asked to maintain a low profile for a few days, the report said. The actor was later taken home in Bandra amidst huge security cover. "We are also investigating the motive behind Bishnoi's threat to Salman". Salman Khan who has been visiting Jodhpur for the past 10 years for the black buck case in which he was charged with poaching the endangered animal. Security around Salman has been increased and there are certainly more armed professionals on the set of the film in order to keep everybody safe.

A senior police officer said, "We are taking Bishnoi's threat seriously but we have assured Salman that he will receive maximum police protection".

Khan has been asked to stay out of the limelight, not share his location on social media, and also not ride his bike in public, which he often does.
