If you've been waiting for a new movie from Cameron Diaz, you might not want to hold your breath. Clearly, Diaz still has fans, but according to a recent Metro interview with her The Sweetest Thing co-star Selma Blair, Diaz has officially retired from acting, and seemingly has no plans to return.

Another anonymous source said Diaz is "happy, in love, and wants to make the most of her freedom and free time".

"I had lunch with Cameron the other day, we were reminiscing about the film", Blair said.

Diaz starred alongside Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu in the 2000 movie reboot of Charlie's Angels and its 2003 sequel Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, and she's the voice of Princess Fiona in the Shrek series.

Stormy Daniels offers to return $130K
The American people should be permitted to judge for themselves who is shooting straight with them and who is misleading them. If the Pentagon Papers didn't meet that standard, can't imagine that this " 60 Minutes " segment with Stormy Daniels would".

In June of 2017, Diaz said on a panel at the Goop Wellness Summit that the nonstop traveling from film set to film set had worn her out, and that she "can't really say who I am to myself".

Diaz also once revealed that the biggest issues with her acting job is the constant traveling. Blair added, "I mean, she doesn't need to make any more films, she has a pretty great life, I don't know what it would take to bring her back". Or maybe enticing her with a sequel to There's Something About Mary or Bad Teacher may be enough.

It was that same year that Diaz met her now-husband, musician Benji Madden. "She's like 'I'm done". A few months after Diaz and Benji started dating, they got married at her Beverly Hills home in January 2015. While Diaz's role of lounge singer - and love interest to lead character Stanley Ipkiss - Tina Carlyle did obviously focus a lot on her looks, Diaz's aptitude for comedy also quickly became apparent, with her playing well off established comedic force Carrey.

The source continued: "At this point they would be very happy with the miracle of one child".
