Henry Cavill Makes Fun Of Justice League CGI After Shaving Off Moustache

Henry Cavill's mustache earned itself MustacheGate headlines a year ago when the "Mission: Impossible - Fallout" team wouldn't allow him to shave the stache for "Justice League" reshoots. Paramount refused to let him shave the 'stache to accommodate a clean-shaven Superman for Justice League, and so it had to be removed digitally. While fans have praised Cavill's portrayal of the Man of Steel in his most recent appearance in the DC Extended Universe and rumors are swirling that the actor could be returning in the role much sooner than later, one thing will always remain as Cavill's mustache is "shaved but not forgotten".

When Joss Whedon came on board the Justice League movie all of the Superman scenes were reshot, but the problem was that Henry Cavill was already filming his new Mission Impossible 6 movie, which required him to have a mustache. The first trailer is here, my glorious debut! It's hard to recognise me without KingStache. Marvel at my contours and yes, be allured you who are facially able, for our time has come.

Henry Cavill or Henry Cavill?

Caution creeps into Asian trading ahead of Fed decision
OIL: Benchmark U.S. crude rose 26 cents to $63.80 per barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. President Donald Trump is expected to unveil up to $60 billion in import duties on Chinese goods by Friday.

But in a video shared on Instagram on Wednesday, Henry revealed that the perfectly groomed hair on his upper lip is gone. "Don't be alarmed", he tells his followers.

"It's hard for me to admit, but this is not CGI".

The video then fades into a montage of pictures of Henry with the controversial facial hair to the soulful voice of Sarah McLachlan's I Will Remember You. This move will forever haunt Justice League, but it was a look that Cavill wore well. "Sometimes I even have trouble recognising myself".
