NCAA Tournament TruTV First Four Game

The UCLA Bruins are taking on the St. Bonaventure Bonnies in one of the First Four games of the NCAA Tournament on Tuesday.

St. Bonaventure will now face Florida on Thursday, March 15, in the Round of 64.

But if the Bruins get the Aaron Holiday who went 5 of 20 from the floor and 3 of 12 from the three in an overtime loss to Arizona in the PAC-12 tournament, then the Bruins March will end early.

UCLA finished with an RPI of 36, which helped the Bruins make the field.

How they falter: The Bonnies get overwhelmed with a size mismatch, and Adams and Mobley can not convert enough 3-pointers to get out of its play-in game.

"I think our resume speaks for itself", said point guard Jaylen Adams, who averages 19.8 points per game. The Bonnies are one of the hottest teams in the country - they've won 13 of their past 14 games, and have a slew of impressive wins this season, including over Rhode Island, Davidson, Maryland, Vermont and at Syracuse - and even have familiarity playing at UD Arena in Dayton, Ohio, in conference play. UCLA finished in a three-way tie for third in the Pac-12 Conference with an 11-7 record in conference play and lost to eventual champion Arizona, 78-67, in the semifinals of the Pac-12 Tournament Friday.

Enterprise Financial Services Corp's holdings in The Coca-Cola were worth $642,000 at the end of the most recent reporting period. Sumitomo Life Insurance Company decreased Xylem Inc Com (NYSE:XYL) stake by 9,607 shares to 35,886 valued at $2.25M in 2017Q3.

The Bonnies have a slight bit of tournament history.

Alumni as well as some parents of St. Bonaventure students gathered at the Relief Pitcher bar in Binghamton to show some support for the Bonnies. Head coach Steve Alford brought the team to the Sweet 16 in three of his first four years with the team.

"Guys have been in big games and we understand this is the NCAA Tournament", added Schmidt. They forced 11 Bruins turnovers and over the final ten and a half minutes, held the Bruins to just one field goal to take a 28-23 lead at the break.

Coming into this matchup, many believed that the Bruins would win by virtue of their interior game. UCLA has a little more experience, and a little more talent. March success is about transcendent guard play, and Bobby Hurley has three really good ones in Tra Holder, Shannon Evans and Remy Martin.

For good or for bad, whichever way Aaron Holiday goes so go the Bruins.
