Ariana Grande's record label hosted a listening party for her new song and it left the room in tears. It's the first preview of Grande's upcoming album, her followup to 2016's Dangerous Woman.

The music video was directed by Dave Meyers, who also directed visuals for her John Legend-assisted track "Beauty and the Beast" and Camila Cabello's "Havana". The Swedish songwriting and production trio were also the team behind Grande's previous albums Dangerous Woman and My Everything. Grande hasn't released any new music - with the exception of a cover of Somewhere Over The Rainbow - since the bombings that happened outside her concert in Manchester in May 2017.
