'Dancing with the Stars: Athletes' cast and pro dancers announced by ABC

According to Good Morning America, Tonya Harding and Adam Rippon are among the A-listers that will join Dancing with the Stars: Athletes for its upcoming season. "So I enjoyed myself, and I thought of this as my audition for Dancing With the Stars", Nagasu said after her last Olympic performance.

The celebs have been paired with 10 professional dancers to compete for the Mirror Ball trophy.

Former Olympic figure skater Tonya Harding, who's been rumored to join for months, leads the cast, alongside newly minted America's sweetheart, Adam Rippon, and National Basketball Association superstar Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

ABC announced the cast on Friday and it will feature Olympic softball player Jennie Finch, Olympic figure skaters Tonya Harding, Adam Rippon and Mirai Nagasu, Olympic snowboarder Jamie Anderson, and Olympic luger Chris Mazdzer. They are all athletes at the top of their sports, but none of them have ever taken a dance lesson. He appearance on DWTS comes as a surprise to fans who know her longtime nemesis, Nancy Kerrigan, competed on season 24 of the show and placed sixth! "I think Jenna is going to have her hands full and I can't wait".
