Billed as the most "realistic, in-depth and immersive" football experience now doing the rounds, the on-the-go-gaffer-'em-up lets you get to grips with over 50 different teams, making crucial decisions such as choosing who gets to play the Beautiful Game and who plonks their backside on the bench.

In addition, FM Touch on Switch will offer a fully-fledged single-player experience including the series' acclaimed 3D Match Engine - the first time that the 3D engine has been playable on a home console.

The game, which has been created by developer Deep Silver Fishlabs, will see you be recruited as a pilot by the mercenary carrier, Manticore.

But the Parrs don't shy away from a challenge, especially with Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Nelson ) was in the lead of the superhero family.

Football Manager Touch 2018 is available for £29.99. It includes the 3D engine for showing games in action. As it is, the in-depth systems of a mainline Football Manager game perhaps aren't best suited to playing on a commute and the 3D Match Engine should make playing on your home TV more satisfying.

Football Manager Touch 2018 for Switch has been co-developed by Sports Interactive and sister game development studio Hardlight (the team behind Sonic Dash and Sonic Jump). Thunder Lotus Games president Will Dube said in a statement on the game's Switch version that "Playing a Thunder Lotus game on a handheld console brings me way back".
