Arnold Schwarzenegger took to Twitter Thursday to thank his fans for their ongoing support since undergoing heart surgery in late March.

Arnold Schwarzenegger says he's good, but not great, following heart surgery.

Last week, Schwarzenegger's spokesperson, Daniel Ketchell, had said that the actor "underwent a planned procedure to replace a pulmonic valve that was originally replaced due to a congenital heart defect in 1997".

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm feeling much better. Great is at a totally different level, but I'm good.

Seated at a chessboard, which he says he uses to freshen his mind and memory, he said: "I really appreciate that very much and you're very kind". I got good doctors, good nurses, good care; everything was fantastic during the treatment. "And we move forward".

Facebook Stories adds AR drawing and Boomerang
Now, the Stories section on Facebook is getting boost as the giant is going to add AR doodles and Boomerange GIFs to the stories. If we talk about this particular Stories feature on Facebook , it has not been successful as Instagram or Snapchat.

The valve was successfully replaced.

Schwarzenegger has maintained his sense of humor since going under the knife, referencing an iconic catchphrase from Terminator.

Ketchell later tweeted that the actor is awake and in "good spirits" following the surgery and claimed Schwarzenegger's first words upon waking from the operation were "I'm back". "I went to sleep expecting to wake up with a small incision and woke up with a big one - but guess what?"

The spokesperson said that the procedure was a success and that Schwarzenegger is now recovering from the surgery in the hospital.

He expressed gratitude to the doctors and nurses that performed the procedure and now he's chose to express his gratitude to fans for their huge support.
