Three arrested after armed robbery at Victorville shopping center

According to police, the man was armed during the robberies.

Noel Petrie is charged with one count each of attempted robbery, wearing a disguise with intent, breach of probation, theft of mail and obstruct police.

A fuel station shop attendant, who gave her name only as Helena, said she now closed at 8 p.m. instead of the usual 10 p.m. because of these attacks.

The suspect reportedly fled the scene and was caught on HWY 72 by Tuscumbia PD.

The other robber remains at large, police said.

Officers were able to determine Travis and Busch were the suspects in the attempted armed robbery.

The man drove off in her vehicle, described as a gold 2006 Nissan Altima with Wisconsin plate number 588-GDS, police said.

Based on the information supplied by the employees and other leads developed, investigators tracked down the suspect shortly after the incident and arrested him, police reported.

A spokeswoman from Queensland Police Media said the 32-year-old was still wanted for questioning and was being sought by police.

Ruth, of the 6300 block of South King Drive, was ordered held without bail Sunday during a bond hearing in the Leighton Criminal Court Building.
