But with the P30, Motorola looks to have made what is nearly an identical copy of Apple's flagship. The smartphone is basically a ripoff of iPhone X's design with paint job that is taken straight from Huawei P20 Pro.

Motorola on Wednesday officially joined the notch bandwagon after announcing its very first notched phone at an event in China.

Unveiled just hours after press renders of the smartphone appeared online, the Motorola P30 - as expected - bears more than just a passing resemblance to Apple's iPhone X. Even the Lenovo Z5 also looked similar to Motorola P30 and came with few similar specifications. There are black and white options available for the less adventurous, but we think you'll be missing out if you opt for either of those.

Underneath its glass body is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor that's mated to 6GB of RAM. There's a 64- and 128GB storage version, both expandable via microSD card. There's a dual-camera setup located on the same upper-left corner (with the flash located at the exact same place too), and the P30 ditches the Apple logo for a Motorola logo that also serves as a fingerprint sensor.

White House says Turkish sanctions 'regrettable'
Turkey's exports to the United States a year ago amounted to $8.7 billion, making it Turkey's fifth-largest export market. But the White House does not plan to lift the metals tariffs, which Sanders said were a national security issue.

Enter Moto P30, a phone for the Chinese market that looks exactly like the iPhone X, save for a slightly thicker lower bezel donning the "motorola" logo. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Motorola Moto P30 packs a 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 12-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Motorola Moto P30 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM.

On the software side of things, the Moto P30 is running Android 8.1 Oreo, and the company's standard UI is being switched out for ZUI 4.0. Lastly, the P30 has a 3,000mAh battery. That's for the model with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage; the variant with 128GB of storage will be available for ¥2,499 ($360). The Motorola P30 can also be unlocked using the AI face unlock feature.
