"I have a great comfort level with Hue and his ability to assist me with the day-to-day responsibilities on defense, including analyzing our opponents and helping me on game days with the players and defensive coaches", Bengals coach Marvin Lewis said in a statement.

Former Browns head coach Hue Jackson is expected to join the Bengals coaching staff immediately according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Sure enough, he's on his way back to the NFL.

Jackson was the Bengals" wide receivers coach from 2004 to "06, secondary assistant and special-teams coach in 2012, running backs coach in 2013 and offensive coordinator from 2014 to '15.

They include the killing itself and conversations before the operation which Turkey subsequently uncovered, the sources said. Qahtani has wielded that influence over the last three years, with his authority growing alongside that of the young prince.

Lewis laughed and smiled when reporters followed up and asked if Jackson could come in and help. The title is not yet clear.

The Cincinnati Bengals made it official on Tuesday morning, announcing the hiring of Hue Jackson. He went 1-31 in his first two seasons, notably going 0-16 last season. Jackson contributed to a lot of Browns losses, and presumably the Bengals are hoping Jackson helps Cleveland lose two more this season. Gregg Williams has taken over the team on an interim basis. The Bengals have reasons to add Jackson - he was, after all, a successful offensive coordinator in Cincinnati - but the main reason might be that he's the best scouting report possible for two remaining games. He posted career-lows in interceptions and career-highs in accuracy. But having someone like Jackson, who knows all about the kind of football Cleveland plays, coaching the Bengals will give them an even bigger advantage.
