A new trailer for Stranger Things 3: The Game was revealed tonight, set to debut sometime in 2019 alongside the third season of the series on Netflix. Since then, fans have received all kinds of merchandise - most of which you can find in this writer's home. According to a press release, the game is a "meticulously crafted Action Adventure RPG that pays homage to the 16-bit era" and follows the events of season three.

The video game allows you to play as the characters from Stranger Things, including pixelated versions of Chief Hopper (David Harbour), Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder), and Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin).

It's being developed by Bonus XP and is coming at some point next year. Before season 2, they collaborated on a Stranger Things mobile game that had a nice Legend of Zelda feel to it. Players will be able to play co-op on Xbox, Switch, and PC. However, we can expect both to arrive around the same time, sometime in 2019.
