Loughlin posted a $1 million bail on Wednesday, the LA Times reported.

Finally, maybe the funniest meme to emerge has less to do with Loughlin or her Full House character, and more to do with a recent meme about rapper 6ix9ine.

Whether it was a "Becky with the good hair" reference, a jab at Aunt Becky from Fuller House, or a Desperate Housewives quip, late-night hosts across the board had something to say on Tuesday night after news of the mind-boggling college admissions scandal hit the airwaves. The episode revolves around Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky's attempts to get their twins, Nicky and Alex, into Bouton Hall, "the best pre-school in the Bay Area".

During Season 6 in 1993, an episode titled "Be True to Your Pre-School" found Uncle Jesse - played by John Stamos - desperate to impress the school's administrators after a play date with another set of parents. Jesse lies about the twins' academic abilities to try to get them in. In real life, Loughlin is facing conspiracy charges and possible prison time if convicted. "It's the worst thing Felicity Huffman's ever done, and the second worst thing Lori Loughlin has [done]", he said, insinuating that Fuller House was an even greater wrongdoing.

'Full House' actress surrenders to feds in alleged college admissions scheme
He was charged Tuesday along with almost 50 other people and faces conspiracy to commit mail fraud and money laundering counts. The sums that authorities say the accused parents paid in bribes would, for many, finance a college education many times over.

"I'm their father", Uncle Jesse decides.

"Full House" fans reacted to the news by drawing parallels to the show.

The indictment claimed Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli "agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team - despite the fact that they did not participate in crew - thereby facilitating their admission to USC". The plan relied upon the daughter taking the test at a specific center with a proctor who was in on the scheme.

Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin are reportedly among the high-profile names charged in an alleged college admissions bribery scam against the coaches at schools including Wake Forest University, Georgetown and the University of Southern California. More arrests could come in the weeks and months ahead.
