Barcelona have never lost a home match against Manchester United in European competition (W2 D2), with their last such meeting finishing 0-0 in April 2008.

According to the same story, Manchester United are looking at Borussia Dortmund's England global Jadon Sancho as a potential recruit.

"We're playing games that United used to be in, playing for the top four and the Champions League semi-final: it used to be challenging for the league and the quarter-finals, semi-finals".

Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez has been recovering from a hamstring injury which he picked up in February during United's 3-2 win over Southampton in the Premier League.

Manchester United ended Saturday night in fifth place and two points behind fourth-placed Chelsea FC ahead of the west London outfit's clash against Liverpool FC on Sunday.

The English giants trail Barca by 1-0 from the first tie at Old Trafford last week. "Maybe they feel they have to try to get the goal, maybe its coincidence, maybe it's because we got the first goal. Let's hope Alexis, when he's on the pitch, he can be happy with his performance".

Paris' Notre Dame cathedral on fire
A huge fire appears to have broken out in Paris' Notre Dame, the world-famous, 850-year-old cathedral on Monday. A cathedral spokesperson said the fire was first reported at 5.50pm GMT and the building was evacuated.

"Barca here at the Nou Camp is a hard prospect but that night will live with the players". We had a couple of decent chances last week, but when you cant work the keeper you cant score. "We have to defend well but we need that little bit of extra to score".

Falling down the pecking order in a Barca squad laced with star talent and built around arguably the best player ever in Messi is one thing.

Although they warmed up for the game with a goalless draw away to Huesca, Ernesto Valverde rang in the changes for that game. "We have to take a deep breath and take those chances".

"He's been injured, not had a fantastic season so far so let's hope he can end the season great".

A total of 13 of those strikes have come in his past nine appearances against English sides at the Nou Camp, including hat-tricks against Arsenal (April 2010) and Manchester City (October 2016).

Sanchez was handed a contract worth 500,000-a-week, but has proved to be one of the most expensive failures in the club's history.
