One of the reasons for a possible delisting is a conflict between the creators of a token and the management of an exchange, which seems to be the case of Bitcoin SV (BCHSV) and the management of Binance.

Following Binance's delisting, crypto exchange ShapeShift has made a decision to drop the cryptocurrency as well, with Kraken considering plans to follow suit. Wright was purportedly motivated by the anonymous Twitter user calling him a fraud and accusing him of falsely claiming to be the mysterious creator of bitcoin (BTC), Satoshi Nakamoto.

The trend of delisting Bitcoin SV was started by Binance after its CEO Changpeng Zhao warned Wright to stop controversial behaviors towards the crypto community.

At 10:00 AM UTC on 2019/04/22, Binance will delist and cease trading on all trading pairs on Bitcoin SV.

In the official announcement on Binance's website, the exchange outlined its process for delisting assets, explaining that it conduct reviews "periodically" to determine if a cryptoasset "continues to meet the high level of standard we expect".

'We feel it would be an injustice to the existing active Bitcoin SV traders on the BitForex platform if we were to delist the token... Some factors to be considered that were listed in the post included the commitment of the team behind the project and their public image.

Furthermore, the cryptocurrency news outlet CoinGeek reports that Wright's claim intends to "prevent McCormack from making further fraudulent claims that Wright is not the individual behind the Satoshi Nakamoto pseudonym". Withdrawal will be available until July, 22nd.

The immediate market reaction to this news has not been kind, showing Binance's influence in the industry.

Shapeshift, for example, stated that they would also be delisting the embattled coin.

The exchange had recently even held a Twitter poll for the user community to indicate what it wanted with regard to the listing of Bitcoin SV.
