White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders has announced that she will be leaving the Trump administration at the end of June.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders, press secretary for U.S. President Donald Trump, is leaving her position.

"The 36-year old Sanders, the daughter of former Arkansas Republican Gov. Mike Huckabee, worked on her father's presidential campaign during the 2016 Republican primary until he dropped out of the race", Fox News reported.

Trump praised Sanders at an afternoon event at the White House, calling her "a special person" and a "warrior".

"I hope she decides to run for Governor of Arkansas - she would be fantastic", he wrote.

"Sarah, thank you for a job well done", the president added.

Romelu Lukaku drops Manchester United quit notice after predicting busy summer
If Lukaku does leave then the Red Devils will definitely miss his goals and so Solskjaer will have to replace him adequately. If I expect a busy summer? 'I have a contract with Man United.

"The media continues to ratchet up the verbal assault against the President and everyone in this administration", she said.

Sanders took over Sean Spicer's role after he resigned the same day in July 2017. Sources close to Sanders also said she would consider a political career in Arkansas, but not for a while.

But White House press conferences have become increasingly rare during her tenure.

Mrs Sanders held fewer briefings than any of the preceding 13 press secretaries, according to the American Presidency Project. She wants to spent time with her family and three young children. "She was the best boss I ever had", Shah said.
