The police claim they didn't find any evidence that would suggest an animal had been killed.

The shocking revelation came after Radar Online obtained the media release from the Columbus County Sheriff's Office, and the reality TV seemed to change her story. She mentioned that she even filed the animal cruelty case only for the publicity. I had two voicemails, one of them from Detective Jacobs, the second one from Detective Green...and he literally told me to call him back, so I called him back, and he said, 'Look, Ms. Evans, we have rape cases that we have to deal with and we have way other serious crimes that we have to deal with.

"I'm happier since leaving, but the drama still ends up online", she said. "I'm speechless. You have been my facet kick and knew the second I felt unhealthy and would cuddle with me".

She dished that 'After knowing my dog wasn't around, I took the initiative and stayed away from David for about a week.

The investigation is now closed and prosecutors will not file charges against Jenelle for filing a false police report.

Jenelle, who is a mom to daughter Ensley, 2, and sons Kaiser, 5, and Jace, 9, wrote her response as a reply to TMZ's Twitter post that linked to an article titled "Farrah Abraham Throws Shade At Amber Portwood, Jenelle Evans". "She also advised that 'I don't know if she was shot or killed or not, '" the statement reads.

She says she's not sure what exactly happened to Nugget.

Subsequently, Jenelle lost her role on Teen Mom 2 over the reported incident, and, police, animal control services, and child protective services have launched investigations.

Evans then claimed that she didn't remember what her husband said under oath about the incident. According to police, Evans and Eason orchestrated the incident as a publicity stunt. "I was inside my house with my kids when David went outside with the dog".

The next day, Evans spoke with Columbus County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigators about her allegations, and police said her accounts were "inconsistent" with her original story, as she told investigators this time that she did not hear or see anything to indicate Eason had shot her dog.

He continued, "I'm all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission". You can hate me all you want but this isn't the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me. "The only person that can judge [whether] or not [an] animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME".
