McGregor wants Mayweather rematch: 'I know I'd beat Floyd'

"I think that would be a good rematch".

Conor McGregor wants a rematch with Floyd Mayweather.

McGregor also said he's come to terms with the reality that a UFC fight isn't in the cards while calling out Mayweather for backing out of his promise to step out of his comfort zone.

There have been suggestions there could be a rematch and McGregor is hoping there will be.

"We're actually close to signing Manny".

"I know I'd beat Floyd if we rematched". I'd like to box him. Needless to say, the bombastic McGregor said he'd beat the undefeated boxing legend this time around. There was an offer made on that.

"And the Paulie fight, I'd love to fight Paulie as well".

Honest opinion: McGregor needs to be one hundred percent focused on the task in front of him.

But ahead of his comeback against Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone in Las Vegas on Saturday, McGregor acknowledged he had enjoyed himself a little too much in the build-up to the Khabib bout, as well as taking part in a reckless sparring routine.
