The film recently clinched four wins at the 92nd Academy Awards, including the coveted best picture award. Whether by chance or by destination, these two houses come together and the Kim feel a golden opportunity. It is the first South Korean film to win an Oscar and the first foreign-language film to win best picture. Designed by Ki-woo in college age, Kim children are conveniently installed as tutors and art therapists in the Parks.

As for MEMORIES OF MURDER, this 2003 action and crime drama stands as the first collaboration between Bong Joon Ho and Song Kang Ho. The Kims provide "indispensable" luxury services while the Parks obliviously bankroll their entire household.

No release date has now been set for the special Criterion Collection editions for both films, but both are now available for purchase on various digital platforms!

Waterford's Mount Congreve on high alert as Storm Dennis approaches
Caroline Douglass, flood duty manager at the Environment Agency, said: "Remember to never drive or walk through floodwater". All events have been cancelled this weekend in Thetford Forest due to high winds expected from Storm Dennis.

At the Pig Rice Supermarket in western Seoul, a small grocery shop where one of the characters in Parasite is seen drinking during the film, owner Kim Kyung-soon said: 'I am really happy and thankful to them for shooting a great film here and making me famous too'. South Korea nominated "Parasite" and so the trophy actually goes to the country. Bong's film premiered at Cannes and won the Palme d'Or, and since debuting in American theaters in October, it has grossed over $35 million at the domestic box office.

The company continues to be an impressive force at festivals, with recent Sundance acquisitions such as Max Barbakow's sought after Palm Springs starring Andy Samberg, which NEON acquired with Hulu, and Josephine Decker's Shirley starring Elisabeth Moss.

The cast and creative team for "Parasite" took the stage on Sunday to accept the award for best picture, capping off what was a huge night for the film and a significant night for global cinema.
