New reports on the streaming video industry show that Disney's planned conquest of new European markets is set to take off now, albeit in a different context than what was originally expected.

Are you wondering what other people are watching on Disney+ while stuck at home under the current stay-at-home orders around the country?

App Annie concludes that should the adoption rate be similar to that of the service in the U.S., "it would make Disney+ one of the largest streaming services by monthly active users in every European market it launched in".

No new local coronavirus transmissions in China in two days
According to the Johns Hopkins coronavirus tracker, there are 471,518 confirmed cases across the world and 21,293 deaths. Wuhan will also resume commercial flights from April 8, excluding global flights to and from Beijing .

Disney Plus UK pricing is £5.99 per month or £59.99 per year - with the latter shaving 2 months off for the annual commitment. A streaming stick is usually highly affordable - often as cheap as $20 / £20 / AU$30 - and can be plugged into a TV's HDMI port to access heaps of streaming apps, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Disney Plus and (in the US) Hulu and HBO Now. Just 4 feature films and a documentary are among the titles that have not been published anywhere else and that you can only watch on Disney +. Tap X, then press it again to enter Explore.

Is Disney Plus available on a NOW TV stick? Netflix was the obvious one to get a viewership bump since that is the most popular streaming service out there but its competition has also been doing well. There are also more than 500 films and 300 TV series available from the off. Subscribers can stream every one of the system's material with the Disney+ application (Android and iphone suitable, consisting of tablet computers), the majority of wise Televisions, Roku, Chromecast, and pc gaming consoles (PS4 and Xbox), with the significant exemption of the Nintendo Switch (which is not suitable with streaming solutions).

Newer smart TVs from LG, Sony, Philips and Samsung are also compatible with Disney Plus. Most streaming services, similarly, have seen a spike, with the exception of Apple TV +, which follows the rest of the pack. Here, Disney+ should be among the first few apps you see.
