More cold is ahead, and snow is possible in Boston this week

There is a chance of snow in the Springfield area Tuesday after rain falls around 3 p.m. Temperatures in the Springfield area will reach around 15 degrees Tuesday night with the temperature dropping slightly toward the Berkshires.

Light accumulation is possible, however, any accumulation on the roads is unlikely. A few slick spots can not be ruled out primarily on bridges and overpasses as the ground temperatures will still be warm from previous days. It doesn't look like there will be much time for roads to dry, so there could be slick spots on the roads for the Tuesday evening commute.

Veterans Day will be partly sunny with a high of 56 and a low at night of 36. While we have the cold we will also start to see snow after what could be an icy morning as well. The brunt of our snow will be south of I-96. Our temperatures will stay in the upper 30s and lower 40s before dropping down into the 20s overnight. Lake effect snow ongoing in NW Vilas County.

The cold front is expected around daybreak Tuesday.

However, a chance encounter with a charming (and gorgeous) stranger Tom ( Henry Golding ), begins to shift her perspective slowly. It's fantastic to consider that Yeoh, such a smooth comic presence here, was known early in her career purely as an action hero.

There is now an increasing likelihood that a new storm system will bring a wintry mix of precipitation to the region. Snow showers will end by noon. We are forecasting daytime highs in the mid 20s and could easily break all records for Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Battle Creek.

Behind this, we settle into cold, arctic air.
