Winter Storm Watch For All Of WNY On Monday

It's about to look a lot like Christmas in Northeast Ohio. more than two weeks before Thanksgiving.

We have a winter storm warning for Berrien, Cass, La Porte and St. Joseph Counties from tomorrow morning to Tuesday evening, and a winter weather advisory for everyone else for tomorrow.

By early Tuesday morning temps will be in the 20s and there is a 100 percent chance of snow. This includes heavy snowfall, low visibility, snow covered or icy roads, heavy freezing rain or sleet.

They expect 10 to 15 cm possible by the time it stops snowing late Monday night.

It will be worse in the snow belt, of course. Snowfall accumulations in this area will range from 1 to as much as 5 inches of snow.

System snow will be ongoing for especially northern areas in the morning, spreading southward. The lake-effect snow could continue into Wednesday.

A Winter Storm Watch is issued when a winter storm is likely a threat to life or property due to some type of hazardous weather.

Saturday - Mostly sunny skies.

After a cold and windy day Wednesday, with a high near 31 and a low near 19, snow could return Thursday, as temperatures fall from an expected high near 36 to an overnight low about 29, according to forecasters.
