Indianapolis Colts starting running back Marlon Mack is trending toward a possible return for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

"I don't have an answer", Vinatieri said Thursday. "If I can, I can; if I can't, then I'm gonna have to shut it down". Vinatieri was limited in practice on Wednesday and isn't a good fantasy option, even if he's active this weekend. He's awaiting the results of an MRI.

Reich said they have not talked about putting Vinatieri on the season-ending injured reserve list, instead classifying the kicker as being "week to week" with four games left in the regular season.

In his 24th season, the most decorated kicker in the history of the league appears to have finally met his match with Father Time.

Trump takes aim at trickle-down toilets, faucets
You turn on the faucet - you don't get any water. "They take a shower, the water comes dripping out". Trump said the EPA was "looking very seriously" at "opening up the standard" per his request.

He has six missed extra points and is converting 68 percent of his field-goal attempts this season.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are 3-1 over their past four games and are hitting their stride in the second half of the season.

But if Vinatieri's knee injury is significant enough to keep him off of the field for the next month, this is likely the last we have seen from the NFL's leading scorer. The first-year booter has been a replacement for the Los Angeles Chargers and 49ers already this season, making 13 of 17 field-goal attempts, with a long of 50 yards, and 15 of 15 extra points.
