Seahawks 27, Vikings 23: The Seahawks can take over the top spot in the NFC West with a win, and they'll get a narrow one over a Vikings team that also has much to play for. That's good news for the Seahawks.

That second San Francisco loss came on Sunday.

The attack took place near the West African country's border with Niger , a troubled area where numerous extremist groups are now active.

The Minnesota Vikings announced Saturday that wide receiver Adam Thielen will not be making his return on Monday Night Football against the Seattle Seahawks. The team that they will be facing on Monday, though, is quite different than the Broncos. Both face tough matchups in their Monday night clash, though, if you look at the fantasy numbers.

As great as a win would be for Seattle's fortunes, a loss would put them 9-3 on the year and all the way down to sixth place in the NFC. Helping the Vikings' chances over the next five weeks though is the fact that three of their final four games will be played at home inside U.S. Bank Stadium, a venue where they have yet to lose this season. Will the Vikings be able to maintain their recent string of success or will the team crumble and let an opportunity to make the playoffs slip out of their hands? Luckily for Seattle, Jadeveon Clowney is back with the defense against the Vikings by Tom Pelissero.
