LSU running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire declares for draft

Now, there are two underclassmen additions to the list of names that will be absent from the Tigers' 2020 roster along with the projected first overall draft pick.

LSU safety Grant Delpit, named the best defensive back in the country this season, is officially heading to the pros.

Gone next season will be the team's leading rusher (Clyde Edwards-Helaire), leading pass-catcher (Justin Jefferson), leading tackler (Jacob Phillips) and the nation's top defensive back, Jim Thorpe Award victor Grant Delpit.

Edwards-Helaire, a junior running back out of Baton Rouge, announced his decision on social media this evening. Queen had a great game against Clemson, totaling eight tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss and half a sack. They were already looking at losing seniors such as Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Joe Burrow, cornerback Kristian Fulton and offensive linemen Adrian Magee and Damien Lewis, but now have other holes to fill in 2020.

However, the Seattle-based airframe maker said it would prioritise the delivery of stored aircraft. It did not disclose when it wanted the deliveries to resume.

Queen emerged as a starter at linebacker this season and had a big year, compiling 85 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and three sacks. The draft takes place April 23-25 in Las Vegas.
