The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra which is rumoured to be one of the phones in the next Galaxy S21 series is back in the news, and this time, a notable tipster has shared its CAD-based renders.

Samsung, earlier this year, made a decision to skip launching the 5G models of the Galaxy S20 series and brought only the 4G variants to India. The device passed with an SM-G991B model number and basically confirms Samsung's intentions of bringing its 2021 flagship to India. However, the latest report suggests otherwise.

All three models are said to come with a minimum fast charging speed of 25W.

The handset comes with a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic Amoled 2X display with up to 120Hz refresh rate support and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. On the software front, the handset will run Android 11 OS with OneUI 3.1 running atop.

The phone will come with a Triple-Camera array on the back, a 12MP primary shooter, a 12MP ultra-wide module, and a 64MP telephoto shooter.

Samsung Galaxy S21 series might be launched in January in India. Samsung is yet to give a final word on the launch of Galaxy S21 series, but it is most likely to come on January 2021. However, unlike the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (Review), there will not be a dedicated slot for S Pen on Galaxy S21 Ultra. The Galaxy S21 Ultra will only come in Phantom Silver and Phantom Black.

Furthermore, the 3C listing revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S21 will come with a 3,880mAh battery.
